Cancelling the Vesting in the Papatoetoe Borough Council,
and Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve in North
Auckland Land District
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Papa-
toetoe, and revokes the reservation for a reserve for recreation
purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
LOT 1 of Block 2, D.P. 20840, being part Allotment 12, Parish
of Manurewa, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District:
Area, 1 rood 12.54 perches, more or less. Part certificate of

Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve in Canterbury Land
District
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for a
reserve for a gravel pit over the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

Revoking Portion of a Warrant Excluding Streets from
Limitation as to Speed, and Excluding Streets from the
Speed Limitation Imposed by the Transport Act 1949,
Section 36
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, the
Minister of Transport hereby revokes that portion of the
Warrant dated the 21st day of December 1936* which applies
to the portions of streets described in the First Schedule
hereto, and hereby excludes those portions of streets described
in the Second Schedule hereto from the limitation as to speed
imposed by the said section.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Rotorua Borough—
Hemo Road (all that portion commencing at the junction
of the road with the Rotorua-Napier Main Highway at the
southern boundary of Rotorua Borough, proceeding thence in
a northerly and north-easterly direction towards Fenton
Street, and terminating at a point 75 chains from the said
boundary measured along the road).
Wairoa Road (all that portion commencing at the junction
of the road with the Rotorua-Whakatane Main Highway
at the eastern boundary of Rotorua Borough, proceeding
thence in a westerly and north-westerly direction toward Fen-
ton Street, and terminating at a point 45 chains from the
said boundary measured along the road).

PURSUANT to the Fire Services Act 1949, the Minister of
Internal Affairs hereby gives notice of the following
result of the elections held on the 27th day of September
1955 by the fire insurance companies carrying on business in
New Zealand to fill extraordinary vacancies on the Grey-
mouth, Hokitika, and Westport Fire Boards, and the Reefton
and Runanga Fire Committees.

Notice Respecting Tariff Inquiries on Fire Sprinkler Systems
and Pearl Barley
IT is hereby notified that the reports made by the Board of
Trade pursuant to Board of Trade Notices No. 78* and
98† respecting the rates of import duty imposed under
Tariff item 325 on prefabricated fire sprinkler systems and
under Tariff item 5 (7) on pearl barley have been considered
by the Government, and it has been decided not to amend the
duties at present imposed on such goods.
