A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1·2 perches.

Being Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 17610, being part Reserve 3792, Block XVI, Town of MacKenzie (Cheviot). Part certificate of title, Volume 560, folio 57, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of October 1955.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148158 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
