Declaring Portion of Christchurch City and Suburban Domain to be a Recreation Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and Revoking the Reservation Over the Said Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the portion of the Christchurch City and Suburban Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of that Act, and further revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said land.
