ALL that public highway declared as the Carruth Main Highway as described in Order in Council dated 16 December 1935.*
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 2A
PUHINUI ROAD—
All that public highway in the County of Manukau commencing at its junction with Carruth Road opposite the southernmost corner of Lot 10 on D.P. 17496 and proceeding generally in a north-easterly direction and terminating at its junction with the Auckland-Hamilton State Highway at a point opposite the south-eastern corner of Lot 11 on D.P. 17477, being a distance of 36 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on Plan P.W.D. 148026 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Revoking Declaration of Main Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be Main Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Acts 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works, hereby gives notice as follows:
- (1) The public highway described in the First Schedule hereto shall cease to be a main highway.
(2) The Order in Council made on the 2nd day of July 1928,* declaring (inter alia) the said highway to be a main highway, is hereby consequentially amended by revoking so much of the Schedule thereto as relates to the said highway.
(3) The Order in Council made on the 20th day of May 1932†, declaring (inter alia) portion of the said highway to be main highway, is hereby consequentially amended by revoking so much of the Schedule thereto as relates to the said highway.
- The portions of public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be main highway within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act 1953.

ALL that portion of public highway in the Counties of Waitemata and Rodney declared as the Kaukapakapa—Port Albert Main Highway as described in Order in Council dated 2 July 1928.*
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROADS COUNCIL DISTRICT No. 2A
KAUKAPAKAPA—PORT ALBERT—
All that public highway in the Counties of Waitemata and Rodney commencing at its junction with the Helensville-Waiwera Main Highway near Kaukapakapa and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction via Glorit and Tauhoa and terminating at its junction with the Port Albert—Wellsford Main Highway near Port Albert, being a distance of 31 miles 17 chains, more or less; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan P.W.D. 147958 deposited in the office of the National Roads Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
