Declaring Land in North Auckland Land District, Vested in
the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS by subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) it is provided that, notwithstanding anything contained in any other Act, the Governor-General may from time to time, by Proclamation, declare that any school site or part of a school site which in his opinion is no longer required for that purpose shall be vested in Her Majesty, and thereupon the school site or part thereof, as the case may be, shall vest in Her Majesty, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date of the Proclamation:

Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the said Act, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board, as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALLOTMENT 172, Parish of Awhitu, situated in Block V, Awhitu Survey District: Area, 2 acres 1 rood 3 perches, more or less. (S.O. Plan 28505.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of September 1955.

Vested in the South Auckland and Otago Education Boards
as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty
the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

PART of the land on D.P. 180. Part certificate of title, Volume 1094, folio 201.

Also parts Lots 1, 30, and 31A, D.P. 2461. All certificates of title, Volume 115, folio 69, and Volume 1094, folio 202.

All being parts Motumaho No. 2 Block, situated in Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District: Total area, 3 acres and 26ยท5 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 30/228/49 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plan 36524.)
