A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:

0 2 31·1 Part Section 68, Tapanui Settlement; coloured orange.
0 0 13·8 Part Section 28; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:

0 1 14·9 Section 28; coloured green.
0 1 5·3 Section 27; coloured green.
0 0 12·1 Section 68, Tapanui Settlement; coloured green.
All situated in Block II, Crockston Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 11815.)
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145597 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of January 1955.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Being part Maketu A, Section 80; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 19·3 perches.
Adjoining Maketu A, Section 80; coloured green.
All situated in Block VI, Te Tumu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 34388.)
All in the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145571 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
