Transfers

Flight Lieutenant Charles Henry BAKER, A.R.A.N.Z., A.C.I.S. (131367), is transferred from the General Duties Branch to the Administrative and Supply Branch (Secretarial Division) with his present rank and seniority. Dated 22 July 1955.

Pilot Officer Richard John BERESFORD (784292) is transferred from the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, to the Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period of eight years. Dated 5 January 1955.

Flight Lieutenant Herbert William Bernard PATTERSON (133563) is transferred from the General Duties Branch, Territorial Air Force, to the Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period of four years. Dated 4 February 1955.

Flight Lieutenant Leslie Oscar HUNTER, A.M.I.E.E. (131506), is transferred from the General Duties Branch, Territorial Air Force, to the Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period of four years. Dated 1 August 1955.

Resignations of Commissions

Port Conciliation Committee for Port of Tauranga Appointed

PURSUANT to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister of Labour hereby appoints the following persons to be the Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Tauranga for a term expiring on the 31st day of March 1956: Bertie Purnell Andrews, Chairman; and Sjoerd Lambertus Caspari and Robert Alan Johnson (nominated by the New Zealand Port Employers’ Association Incorporated); and Peter Kirinui and Charles Williams (nominated by the Tauranga Harbour Waterfront Workers’ Industrial Union of Workers).

Declaring Lands to be the Kauritutahi Domain and Appointing Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserves described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Kauritutahi Domain, and further, appoints the Franklin County Council to be the Kauritutahi Domain Board, having control of the said domain.
