A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil down to a plane 50 ft. below and approximately parallel to the surface of the said land.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of land of which the surface and portion of the subsoil is proclaimed as road: 2 roods 28·4 perches.
Being Lot 20 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. S.2830, being part Allotments 41E and 249, Parish of Pepepe, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1208, folio 97, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of August 1955.

Being closed road.
Situated in Block IV, Waikohu Survey District, Gisborne R.D. (S.O. 4890.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147563 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
