NOTICE is hereby given that the Kaitaia Borough Council will hear objections to the district planning scheme relating to the Borough of Kaitaia. This hearing will commence at the Mangonui County Council Chambers Kaitaia, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon on Tuesday, 13 September, and will continue as there arranged from time to time and place to place until all objectors and witnesses have been heard.

All persons who wish to be heard in support of or opposition to any objection should notify the Council accordingly at least three days before that date.

Gazette No. 43, page 1184, of 28 July 1955, and shown on a map available for public inspection at the Council Office, Wanganui, a District Scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
