Pursuant to section 12A of the Stock Act 1908, notice
is hereby given that the lands described in the Schedule
hereto have been declared to be infected places under the said
section.

All that piece of land containing 125 acres 1 rood 31 erchea,
more or less, being Section 41, part Section 32, B 4ock I,
Winton Hundred. Southlsnd Land District.
All that piece of land containing 87 acres 2 roods 28
perches, more or less, being Section 56, Block I, Winton Hun-
dred, Southlnnd Land District.

Administration of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 in the
Peninsula County (Notice No. Ag. 5945)
Pursuant to the Noxious Weeds Act 1250, the Director-
General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from
the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act,
hereby publishes the following resolution passed by the
Peninsula County Council on the 16th dny of June 1955.
RESOLUTION
THAT, pursuant to the provisions of section 22 (1) of tho
Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Peninsula County Council
assumes responsibility for the administration of the Noxious
Weeds Act 1950 within the County of Peninsula as from the
lst. day of August 1955.

County (Notice No. Ag. 5948)
Pursuant to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-
General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from
the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act,
hereby publishes the following resolution passed by the
Akaroa County Council on the 29th day of July 1965.
RESOLUTION
THAT the Akaroa County Council resolves; in accordance with
section 22 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, to assume respon-
sibility for the administration of the Act within the boun-
daries of the County of Akaroa, to take effect as from the
1st. day of September 1955.

Plant Declared to be a Noxious Weed in the Kiwitea County
(Notice No. Ag. 5947)
Pursuant to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and acting
under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture,
the Director-General of Agriculture hereby publishes the fol-
lowing special order made by the Kiwitea County Council on
the 27th dny of July 1955.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred
on it by the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Kiwitea County
Council hereby resolves and declares by way of special order
that the plant mentioned in the Schedule hereto be and the
same is hereby declared to be a noxious weed in the whole of
the County of Kiwitea, within the meaning of the Noxious
Weeds Act 1950.
SCHEDULE
Spiderwort (Leycesteria formosa).
