CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice dated the 3rd day of May 1955 and published in Gazette, 12 May 1955, No. 33, page 771, Cancelling the Vesting and Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve in Canterbury Land District, for the word “Rangiora” in the Schedule thereto, read “Rangitata”.

Land Held for the Purposes of Maori Housing Set Apart for Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of Masterton

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of Maori housing, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood 3·8 perches.
Being Lot 37 and part Lot 36, D.P. 202, being part Section 58, Masterton Small Farm Settlement, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 173, folio 22, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Masterton.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of July 1955.

Land Taken, Subject to Certain Rights, and an Easement Over Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of New Plymouth

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right to deposit earth and spoil and other rights created in Memorandum of Transfer No. 82862; subject also to the right of way over Lot 4, D.P. 7250, created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 88537; subject also to Caveat No. 2636, Taranaki Land Registry; and subject also to an unregistered Deed of Licence dated the 12th day of May 1953 between Maurice William Coldrick of the one part and Gordon Raymond Webber, Raymond Leonard Webber, and Desmond James Webber of the other part, for housing purposes; and also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for housing purposes over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land, for the purpose of the disposal of stormwater through the said pipes, together with the right of ingress, egress, and regress for the said purpose, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said Second Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of August 1955.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land over which an easement is taken: 4·45 perches.
Being part Lot 3, D.P. 6712, being part Section 45, Fitzroy District.
Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146326 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
