301, the northern boundary of Section 300, the northern and
western boundaries of Section 299, the western boundary of
Section 235, the northern and north-western boundaries of
Section 230, and the north-western boundaries of Sections 228,
229, and 258, all of Left Bank of Wanganui River, and the
production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of
the Matarawa Stream; thence westerly down the middle of
that stream to a point in line with the western boundary of
Section 315, Left Bank Wanganui River; thence southerly
along the production of that boundary, to the northern boun-
dary of Section 197, Left Bank Wanganui River; thence
westerly generally, along the northern boundaries of Sections
197, 196, the northern and north-western boundaries of Sec-
tion 195, to a point in line with the northern boundary of
Section 178, all of Left Bank Wanganui River, across a public

being a point on the boundary of the City of Wanganui, here-
inbefore described; thence northerly generally along the
boundary of the City of Wanganui to the northern boundary
of Lot 2, as shown on the plan numbered 902 deposited in the
office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, being also
a point on the southern boundary of the Mangawhero Riding
of the County of Wanganui; thence easterly generally along
the northern boundaries of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, as
shown on the plan numbered 902 aforesaid, to the western
boundary of Lot 6, as shown on the plan numbered 8170,
deposited as aforesaid; thence northerly along that boundary
and the western boundary of Lot 1, as shown on the plan
