Members of Plumbers Board Elected

Pursuant to the Plumbers Registration Act 1953, the undermentioned persons have been elected as members of the Plumbers Board of New Zealand by the New Zealand Federation of Master Plumbers Industrial Association of Employers and the New Zealand Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Related Trades Industrial Union of Workers respectively for a term of three years commencing on the 1st day of July 1955:

Alexander Charles Stewart MacMillan, Auckland.
Patrick Ryan, Wellington.

Price Order No. 1613 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 1535) (Retail Groceries and Other Goods)

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending Price Order:

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1613, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1535* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1955.

  3. The Schedule to the principal Order is hereby amended by deleting therefrom under the heading of “Fruit, canned”, all reference to pineapple, and by inserting in lieu thereof the following.
