the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described

Act 1948 as from the 4th day of July 1955.

Time and Place of Election by Fire Insurance Companies to
Fill Extraordinary Vacancies on the Fire Boards for the
Morrisville, Te Aroha, and Waihi Fire Districts

PURSUANT to the Fire Services Act 1949, the Minister of
Internal Affairs hereby appoints 12 noon on Thursday,
the 14th day of July 1955 as the time, and the offices of the
Fire and Accident Underwriters’ Association, Victoria Arcade,
Auckland, as the place for the holding of a meeting of repre-
sentatives of the Insurance Companies carrying on fire-insur-
ance business in New Zealand to elect members to the Fire
Boards for the Morrisville, Te Aroha, and Waihi Urban Fire
Districts.
