PART II: CORRIGENDUM

The decision on page 953 of the Supplement to the Gazette of 9 June 1955 under “Gums, resins, and shellac” reading “Resins, synthetic, in aqueous solution” should be amended to read “Resins, synthetic, in aqueous emulsion”.

Varying a Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part XXIV
of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Poripori Kumikumi Development Scheme).

THE Board of Maori Affairs hereby amends the notice dated
the 23rd day of February 1955 given pursuant to section
330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and appearing in the New
Zealand Gazette No. 18 of 10 March 1955 whereby the lands
known as Poripori Kumikumi A Lot 1 and other blocks were
declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953 by substituting for the descriptions and areas set
out in the First Schedule hereto the description and area set
out in the Second Schedule hereto.
