Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 27th day of April 1955.

0 1 0 Section 2, Block LIV, Town of Cromwell, and being the whole of the land fomerly comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 42, folio 56, Otago Land Registry.
0 3 8 Sections 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block LXXXVII, Town of Cromwell, bounded towards the north-west by Section 13, 200 links; towards the north-east by Orient Street, 400 links; towards the south-west by Section 8, 200 links; and towards the south-west by Sections 2, 3, 4, and 5, 400 links, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Proclamation No. 6746, Otago Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Cromwell, Otago R.D.

Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954-Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union
Pursuant to section 86 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Taumarunui Master Builders’ Industrial Union of Employers, registered No. 1927, situated at Ta marunui, is hereby cancelled as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954-Propose Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union
Pursuant to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Ohinemuri Branch of the Amalgamate Engineering Union (including Electricians and Motc Mechanics) Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 77: situated at Waihi, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
