Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of June 1955.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 24 perches.

Being part Lot 27, D.P. 1668, being part Rural Section 76. Situated in the City of Christchurch, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 501, folio 12, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of June 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of June 1955.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 26Β·9 perches.

Being Lots 33, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, and 52, D.P. S.3162, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1059, folio 222, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of June 1955.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 16676, being part Maungarake No. 2 and part Te Ngutukoko No. 3.

Situated in Block XI, Otahoua Survey District, Masterton County, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 619, folio 81, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of May 1955.
