NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned RUSSELL DUNSTAN WELSFORD and RAY VICTOR KEARNEY, carrying on business as retail butchers under the style of the ‘‘Clarence Butchery’’ at the corner of Riccarton and Clarence Roads, Riccarton, near the City of Christchurch, was dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of March 1955 so far as concerns the said Ray Victor Kearney, who retires from the partnership.

The business will be carried on by the said Russell Dunstan Welsford who will receive and pay all debts due to and owing by the partnership.
