Declaring Land to be Subject to the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Te Kao Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on and from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those areas of Maori Land in the Tokerau Maori Land Court District situate in Blocks XI, XII, XV, and XVI, Muriwhenua Survey District, being the various Te Kao Blocks as described in the Schedule hereto, the respective blocks being more particularly shown in Plans 13489, 13491, and 13493 (red) deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
