A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of May 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Geoffrey Douglas Alexander of Whangarei, Motor Mechanic, under and by virtue of Deferred Payment Licence, Volume 956, folio 243, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of May 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1·9 perches.

Being part Lot 4, D.P. 26448, being part Allotment 40, Suburbs of Grahamtown.
