A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 8·9 perches.

Being part Lot 7, D.P. 14882, being part Fairburn’s O.L.C. 269A.

Situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38027.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146434 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of May 1955.
