35. Through Traffic: Ohai Railway Board’s Line at Wairio

  1. Goods and parcels booked between stations on the Government Railways and stations on the Ohai Railway Board’s line, (Tinkers, Crawfords, Ohai, and Birchwood) will, in addition to the classified or local rates on the Government Railway to or from Wairio, be charged as follows for conveyance on the Board’s line:

The Board will collect its own charges for coal conveyed over the private line.
Newspapers for stations on the Board’s line are to be booked to Wairio only.
2. The freight charges for conveyance on the Government Railway in respect of wagon loads consigned to or from stations on the Ohai Railway Board’s line will be computed on the mileage to or from Wairio less 24 chains.
