PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 15th day of February 1955.

Pond Feeding in the Otago Acclimatization District
PURSUANT to section 17 (2) of the Wildlife Act 1953, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby consents to any person placing any grain or any other food in or near the margin of any pond or any other water within the Otago Acclimatization District with the intention of attracting game for the purpose of hunting or killing that game.
The authority shall take effect as from the date of this notice and shall remain in force until 6 May 1955.

NEW ZEALAND-NORTH ISLAND-WANGANUI HARBOUR
Alteration to Channel Beacon Light
POSITION: (a) The fixed red light in 39° 57' 40" S., 175° 01' 37" E. (approx.) on the western end of the half tide training wall.
The symbol for a light in position 313° 1,450 feet from the light in (a) above should be moved to a position 313° 1,390 feet from (a) above. The colour of this light has been changed from fixed green to fixed white.
Chart affected: 2588.

Notice Under Section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953
PURSUANT to section 30 of the Maori Trustee Act 1953, the Maori Trustee hereby gives notice that a list of unclaimed moneys dated the 21st day of April 1955, derived from the Aotea Maori Land Court District and held by him, has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the Maori Land Court at Auckland, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wanganui, and Wellington, where the same may be inspected during office hours without payment of fee.
