Altering the Boundaries of the Poverty Bay Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Poverty Bay Electric Power District so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto, the said area being hitherto part of the Outer Area of the Bay of Plenty Electric Power District.


SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District being that portion of the Waikohu County described in the First Schedule to the Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of the 31st day of May 1945, at page 602. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.H.D. 331 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of May 1955.

Portion of Public Reserve Set Apart for Road in Block XVI, Otago Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of May 1955.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 5 perches.

Being part Reserve 2857.

Situated in Block XVI, Otago Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8723.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145614 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of April 1955.

Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the Town District of Waiuku

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of May 1955.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 34 perches.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 39074, and being part Allotment 4, Parish of Waiuku East, and being formerly part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 776, folio 55, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1955.
