Crown Land Set Apart for Public Buildings of the General Government in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for public buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of May 1955.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 8·5 Part Allotment 27, Section 4, City of Auckland,
and being the residue of the land comprised
and described in certificate of title, Volume 110,
folio 208, Auckland Land Registry.
0 0 13·2 All the land on D.P. 8242, being part Allotment
28, Section 4, City of Auckland, and being the
whole of the land comprised and described in
certificate of title, Volume 205, folio 170, Auck-
land Registry.
0 0 15·9 Part Allotment 28, Section 4, City of Auckland,
and being the whole of the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Volume 205,
folio 171, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the City of Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of April 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of May 1955.

Situated in Block XIII, Galatea Survey District, Town District of Murupara, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37096.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146162 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of April 1955.
