The Standards Act 1941—Amendment of Standard Specification

NOTICE is hereby given that on 29 March 1955 the undermentioned standard specification was amended by the Minister of Industries and Commerce by incorporation of the amendment shown hereunder:

Number and Title of Specification: N.Z.S.S. 490: Telegraph material (insulators, pole fittings, etc.); being B.S. 16 : 1949.

Amendment: No. 5 (Ref. No. PD 1737), 11 November 1953.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Bruce County, containing by admeasurement 14 acres 1 rood 26 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 8023, being part of Sections 2 and 22, Block VIII, Akatore Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 374, folio 234, Otago Land Registry. As the same is shown on plan No. 215/24 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
