highway with the eastern side of Fraser Avenue; thence north-
easterly along a right line across that highway to its eastern
side; thence south-easterly along the eastern side of that
highway to its intersection with the northern side of Horokiwi
Road; thence southerly along a right line to the intersection
of the south-eastern side of Horokiwi Road with the eastern
side of the Wellington–Paekakariki Centennial State High-
way, being also a point on the northern boundary of the City

Plant Declared to be a Noxious Weed in the Raglan County (Notice No. Ag. 5865)
PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-
General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from
the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act,
hereby publishes the following special order made by the
Raglan County Council on the 28th day of March 1955.

SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3
of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Raglan County Council
resolves, by way of Special Order, that the following plant be
declared a noxious weed within the County of Raglan as from
the 1st day of April 1955:
Milk thistle or variegated thistle (Silybum marianum).
Dated at Wellington this 4th day of April 1955.

PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation
and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the
registration of the North Island Brick, Clay Products, and
Concrete Pipe Manufacturers’ Industrial Union of Employers,
Registered No. 1649, situated at Wellington, will, unless cause
to the contrary is shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six
weeks from the date of publication of this notice in the
