Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in
the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949 (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act) it is provided that, notwithstanding anything contained
in any other Act, the Governor-General may from time to
time, by Proclamation, declare that any school site or part of
a school site which in his opinion is no longer required for
that purpose shall be vested in Her Majesty, and thereupon
the school site, or part thereof, as the case may be, shall
vest in Her Majesty, freed and discharged from every educa-
tional trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases,
encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the
date of the Proclamation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of
the said Act, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby
Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education
Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her
Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educa-
tional trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases,
encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the
date hereof.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL the land on Deposited Plan No. 20288, being parts Allot-
ments 104 and 105, Parish of Whangape, situated in Block
XIV, Onewhereo Survey District: Area, 1 rood 35·5 perches,
more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 140, folio 39,
and all certificate of title, Volume 476, folio 64.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 7th day of April 1955.

Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the Town
District of Murupara

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of
April 1955.

Situated in the Town District of Murupara, South Auckland
Land District.
