NOTICE is hereby given that on 21 March 1955 the undermentioned standard specifications were amended by the Minister of Industries and Commerce by incorporation of the amendments shown hereunder:

The Standards Act 1941—Standard Specification Revoked

NOTICE is hereby given that on 21 March 1955 the undermentioned standard specification was revoked by the Minister of Industries and Commerce pursuant to section 8 of the Standards Act 1941, in conjunction with regulation 8 of the Standards Regulations 1947:

Number and Title of Specification: N.Z.S.S. 181: Code of clauses for town-planning schemes.

The Standards Act 1941—Specification Declared to be a Standard Specification

NOTICE is hereby given that on 24 March 1955 the undermentioned specification was declared to be a standard specification by the Minister of Industries and Commerce pursuant to section 8 of the Standards Act 1941:

Number and Title of Specification: N.Z.S.S. 644: Fire tests on building materials and structures; being B.S. 476: 1953, amended to meet New Zealand requirements; superseding N.Z.S.S. 644, being B.S. 476: 1932, with amendments PD 3, July 1942, and PD 374, July 1945.

Barrister and Solicitor Struck Off Roll

PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Amendment Act 1935, notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society on 25 February 1955 ordered that the name of Ernest Walter Guise be struck off the rolls of barristers and solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand.
