Changing the Purpose of Part of a Reserve in North Auckland Land District
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for a public hall site.

Cancellation of the Vesting of Control of Land in the Minister Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting of the control in the Minister having the administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Approval of Testing Officer Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the person named in Column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being a testing officer under the said regulations for the authority specified in Column 1 of the said Schedule.

Approval of Red Reflectors for Heavy Motor Vehicles Being Goods Service Vehicles in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1936
PURSUANT to clause 22, regulation 7, of the Traffic Regulations 1936, the Minister of Transport hereby approves for the purposes of the said regulation, red reflectors of the makes and types described in the Schedule hereto and samples of which are deposited at the Head Office of the Transport Department, Wellington.
SCHEDULE
RED reflectors manufactured by Remax Limited, London, having lenses approximately 2¾ in. in diameter as follows:
(a) Model R. 633 having mounting marked “Remax Made in England”, and having lens moulded “top” at the top.
(b) Any reflector incorporating lens marked “Remax Made in England B.S. 2515 (British Standards mark) Grade I”, and moulded “top” at the top.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the person described in Column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorize him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in Column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorize him while he is under the age of eighteen years to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Revoking Portion of a Warrant Excluding Streets from the Limitation as to Speed Imposed by the Transport Act 1949, Section 36
