PURSUANT to the Marriage Act 1908, the following names of officiating Ministers within the meaning of the said Act are published for general information:

Master and Apprentice Act 1908 and its Amendments—Notice Declaring the Post and Telegraph Department to be a Department in Which Apprentices May be Taken
PURSUANT to the Master and Apprentice Act 1908 and its amendments, the Minister of Labour hereby declares that the arts and trades used and exercised in the department mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be deemed to be arts and trades within the meaning of Part II of the Master and Apprentice Act 1908, and that the officers named in the said schedule shall be deemed to be masters for the purposes of the said Part II of the Act. The notice dated 8 September 1938, and published in the Gazette of the 15th day of September 1938, at page 2047, is hereby cancelled.

The Superintending Engineer (Electrical-Mechanical), General Post Office, Wellington;
