Revoking the Appointment of the Tairua Domain Board and
Declaring Tairua Domain to be a Recreation Reserve Sub-
ject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of
the Tairua Domain Board, and further, declares that the
Tairua Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease
to be subject to Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act
1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to
Part II of that Act.
