A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a main highway depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of February 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 3 acres and 25·5 perches:
Being Section 15 (formerly Sections 12 and 16).
Situated in Block XVIII, Hundalee Survey District, Marlborough R.D. (S.O. 4189.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145598 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of February 1955.
