PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price
Tribunal hereby makes the following amending Price
Order:

1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1596, and
   shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order
   No. 1579* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

2. This Order shall come into force on the 14th day of
   February 1955.

3. The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking
   clauses 7 and 8 thereof and substituting the following clauses:

FIXING MAXIMUM PRICES OF EGGS TO WHICH THIS ORDER
APPLIES

Wholesale Prices

“7. (1) The maximum price that may be charged or received
by any wholesaler (including a producer selling otherwise than
by way of retail) for any eggs to which this Order applies,
shall be—

“(2) Every wholesaler (including a producer selling other-
wise than by way of retail) who sells any eggs to which this
Order applies shall specify in the relevant invoices with respect
to each item the classification of the eggs comprised in the
item.

“8. The maximum price that may be charged or received by
any retailer for any eggs to which this Order applies shall be—
