A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
Approximate area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
4 acres 3 roods 4·4 perches.
Being part Section 24; coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
Approximate area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 2 roods 10·6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 24 and 25; coloured green.
All situated in Block I, Waikohu Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4770.)
All in the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142044, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (5) of section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land being closed road described in the First Schedule hereto to be added to the adjoining scenic reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, and also hereby declare the land being closed road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be added to the adjoining scenic reserve described in the Fourth Schedule hereto.

1 0 22 Section 14, formerly road adjoining or passing through Section 9.
0 1 19 Section 15, formerly road adjoining or passing through Section 9.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141597, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
All that area in the Nelson Land District, being scenic reserve containing by admeasurement 450 acres, more or less, being Section 9, Block VII, Waitahu Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 8866.)
THIRD SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of closed road: 1 acre 3 roods 25 perches.
Being Section 10, formerly road adjoining or passing through Section 8.
Situated in Block VII, Waitahu Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9482.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141597, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
FOURTH SCHEDULE
All that area in the Nelson Land District, being scenic reserve, containing by admeasurement 245 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Section 8, Block VII, Waitahu Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 8793.)
