Price Order No. 1583 (Marathon Rubber Footwear Limited)
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following Price Order:
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1583, and shall come into force on the 23rd day of December 1954.
- (1) Any approvals under section 16 of the Control of Prices Act 1947 in respect of sales of any of the goods to which this Order applies and in force on the coming into force of this Order, are hereby revoked.
(2) The revocation of the said approvals shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this Order.
APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER
- This Order applies with respect to Rubber Goods manufactured by Marathon Rubber Footwear Limited, and specified in the Schedule hereto.
- The maximum retail price that may be charged or received for any of the goods to which this Order applies shall be the appropriate price set out in the Schedule hereto.
