Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in the Borough of Oamaru A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, L, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of December 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 5 acres 1 rood 18.8 perches.
Being Lots 1, 11, and part Lots 7 and 9, Deeds Plan 184, and unnamed portion of Deeds Plan 184, being parts of Section 13.
Situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District, Borough of Oamaru, Otago R.D. (S.O. 11821.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143486 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor- General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of December 1954.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Teviot Survey District

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, L, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Mary Susan Sproull Weatherall, of Coal Creek, Widow, as administratrix under and by virtue of renewable Crown lease No. 471, Volume 369, folio 16, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of December 1954.
