KENNEDY'S BUILDING LIMITED

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

Pursuant to section 222 of the Companies Act 1933,
notice is hereby given that the following resolution was
duly passed as a special resolution on the 24th day of
November 1954 by the shareholders of the above-named
company:

"That Kennedy's Building Limited be wound up voluntarily
and that Mr George Samuel Thorpe Harden, Public Account-
ant, of Huddart Parker Building, Post Office Square,
Wellington, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the
company.'"

CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY

NOTICE is hereby given that "Page Moore Products
Limited" has changed its name to "Page Products
Limited", and that the new name has been entered in the
Register in place of the former name.
