Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, containing by admeasurement 1,010 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being Sections 4s, 7s, 9s, and 10s, Puketi Settlement, situated in Blocks XIV and XV, Kaeo Survey District, and Block III, Omapere Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plans Nos. 5/66 and 5/67, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 30755 and 38049.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1954.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, Wallace County, containing by admeasurement 541 acres 2 roods, more or less, and being Section 4, Block III, Lillburn Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 200/27, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 4410.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1954.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Hawke’s Bay County, containing by admeasurement 43 acres 3 roods, more or less, and being Section 10, Block IV, Wakarara Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 79/12, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 2648.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of November 1954.
