(limited as to parcels and title), together with appurtenant
right-of-way created in Deed No. 24250.

Fifthly, 1 rood 26·5 perches, more or less, being Lots 4 and
14 and parts of Lots 5, 12, 13, and 15 of Section 16 of the
said Allotment 76, being all the land comprised and described
in certificate of title, Volume 546, folio 230, Auckland
Registry (limited as to parcels).

WEBER COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Housing Loan 1953, £6,000

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926, the
Weber County Council resolves as follows:

‘‘That, for the purpose of providing the interest and
other charges on a loan of £6,000, authorized to be raised by
the Weber County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for
the purpose of providing money for the erection of two (2)
houses for Council employees, the said Council hereby makes
and levies a special rate of three hundred and seventy-nine
thousandths of a penny (0·379d.) in the pound on the rate-
able value (being the unimproved value) of all rateable
property in the whole of the County of Weber, and that such
special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the
currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day
of August in each and every year during the currency of
such loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the
loan is fully paid off.’’

HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hutt County Council
requires to take the land described in the Schedule
hereto for a public work, namely, for subdivision into allot-
ments for housing purposes. All persons affected by such
taking are hereby required to set forth in writing any
well-grounded objections to the execution of such works or
to the taking of the said piece of land and to send such
writing, within forty days from the first publication of this
notice, to the County Clerk, Hutt County Council, Bowen
House, Wellington.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 3 roods 13
perches, be the same a little more or less, situated in the
Town of Korau being part of Sections 72 and 74 of the
Hutt District, and being Lot 35 on plan deposited in the

also all the land comprised and described in certificate of
title, Volume 393, folio 88.

FEILDING BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Feilding Borough
Council, at its meeting held on the 14th day of October
1954, has resolved to prepare for the Feilding Borough a
district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town
and Country Planning Act 1953.

Every person and every local authority in the district
is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its
opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the
proposed scheme.

Proposals marked ‘‘Borough of Feilding District
Scheme’’ should be addressed to the Town Clerk and
delivered at the Town Clerk’s office on or before the 14th day
of January 1955.

ICE RINKS (TIMARU) LIMITED

NOTICE OF MEETING OF CREDITORS

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 234 of the
Companies Act 1933, that a meeting of Ice Rinks (Timaru)
Limited will be held on Monday, the 22nd day of November
1954, at which a resolution for voluntary winding-up is to
be proposed; and that a meeting of the creditors of the said
company will be held pursuant to section 234 of the Com-
panies Act 1933 at the Registered Office of the company,
Commercial Chambers, George Street, Timaru, on Monday,
the 22nd day of November 1954, at 2 o’clock in the after-
oon, at which meeting a full statement of the position of
the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors
and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before
the meeting and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance
of section 235 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be
the liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section
236 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.
