No. 28387, Wellington Land Registry, and subject as to
part to a right of way created by the said Memorandum of
Transfer, to be deemed to have been Crown land for the
purposes of the Land Act 1948, together with and subject
to the aforesaid rights of way, as from the 10th day of
October 1954.
