A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of November 1954.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3·49 perches.
Being part Section 31, Hutt District, and being also Lot 17, D.P. 16524, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 461, folio 162, Wellington Land Registry.
