Land Taken for Road in Blocks XLII, and LIX, Hokonui Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1954.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 2·18 perches. Being Lot 16, D.P. 17580, being part Section 64, Left Bank Wanganui River.

Situated in Block I, Ikitara Survey District, City of Wanganui, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 570, folio 83, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of October 1954.
