Crown Land Set Apart for a Teacher's Residence in the Borough of Te Aroha

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1954.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 39·94 perches.
Being Section 71, Block LIII, Town of Te Aroha, situated in Block IX, Aroha Survey District, as shown on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. 23608 (4), South Auckland Land District.
Situated in the Borough of Te Aroha.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of October 1954.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare this this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1954.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the public reserve set apart: 31·8 perches. Being Lot 14, D.P. 18441, and being formerly part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 208, folio 127, Auckland Land Registry. Situated in the City of Auckland.

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a gravel pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of October 1954.
SCHEDULE
Approximate area of the public reserve set apart: 1 acre 2 roods 2 perches. Being part Section 8.
Situated in Block V, Brighton Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9805.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143766, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of October 1954.
