A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 1 of the Taupo County Act 1954, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint the 14th day of October 1954 as the day for the commencement of that Act.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of October 1954.

Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Morrinsville

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of October 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood.

Being Lot 69, D.P. 13335, being part Motumaho No. 2 Block, situated in Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 307, folio 87, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the Borough of Morrinsville.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of October 1954.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation Taking Land for a Tourist and Health Resort in Block XI, Waiho Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 3rd day of December 1947 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 72 of the 4th day of December 1947, at page 1857, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hokitika as No. 646, taking land for a Tourist and Health Resort in Block XI, Waiho Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land no longer required: 1 rood 16 perches.

Being part Rural Section 3114.

Situated in Block XI, Waiho Survey District, Westland R.D. (S.O. 4660.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144187 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 18th day of December 1953 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 1 of the 7th day of January 1954, at page 6, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 4991, taking land for housing purposes in Block II, Belmont Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land no longer required: 3 roods 36Β·21 perches.

Being part Section 107, Porirua District.

Situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 22877.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144331 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of October 1954.
