Price Order No. 1571 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 1388) (Wholesale Groceries and Other Goods)

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending Price Order:

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1571, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1388* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 8th day of October 1954.
The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking clause 5 thereof, and substituting the following new clause:

“5. Every wholesaler to whom this Order applies shall, before selling any goods imported into New Zealand to which this Order applies, forward to the Director of Price Control a return in respect of the goods in the form in the Second Schedule hereto.”

Dated at Wellington this 5th day of October 1954.

Price Order No. 1574 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 1542) (Laying Mash and Chick Mash)

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following amending Price Order:

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1574, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1542* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 8th day of October 1954.
The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking clause 4 thereof, and substituting the following new clause:

“4. This Order applies with respect to any poultry food sold as mash in New Zealand except Basic Poultry Ration or other poultry foods to which Price Order No. 1573 (or any amendment thereof or new Price Order in substitution therefor) applies.”

Dated at Wellington this 6th day of October 1954.
