Revoking the Vesting of Control of a Reserve in the Pounawea Scenic Reserve Board and Appointing the Pounawea Domain Board to Control and Manage the Pounawea Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the vesting of the control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in the Pounawea Scenic Reserve Board, and, further, appoints the Pounawea Domain Board to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a scenic reserve.

Appointment of Customs Aerodrome
—
I, GUY RICHARDSON POWLES, High Commissioner of Western Samoa, in exercise of the powers vested in me by clause 4 of the Western Samoa Customs (Aircraft) Regulations 1949, do by this Warrant appoint as a customs aerodrome that area known as Satapuala Lagoon situated in the District of A’ana adjoining the Island of Upolu, Western Samoa, and do likewise appoint the building known as the Reception Hut situated on the wharf at Toloa Point to be the Examination Station at the said aerodrome.
Given under my hand and Seal of Western Samoa at Apia this 22nd day of September 1954.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Ngakuta Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
