Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Palmerston North

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1954.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142065, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of January 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 30·4 perches.
Being part land in D.P. 12010, being part Kahutea Block 1c.
Situated in Block XI, Paekakariki Survey District. (S.O. 23011.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction imposed by Memorandum of Acceptance No. W. 6937 (Taranaki Land Registry) and subject also to the drainage rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 88638 (Taranaki Land Registry), for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 2 roods.
Being Lot 3, D.P. 7242, being part Section 165, Grey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 154, folio 203 (Taranaki Land Registry).

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, subject as to the land described in the said First Schedule to the batter rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 88637 (Taranaki Land Registry) and subject also to the drainage and incidental rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 88638 (Taranaki Land Registry) and subject as to the land described in the said Second Schedule to the said batter and drainage rights created by the said Transfers Nos. 88637 and 88638 (Taranaki Land Registry) and subject also to the building-line restriction imposed by Memorandum of Acceptance No. W. 6937 (Taranaki Land Registry); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1954.
