Declaring a Reserve to Form Part of Tahuna Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain subject to the provisions of the said Act, to form part of the Tahuna Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Declaring Portion of Temuka Domain to be a Recreation Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and Revoking the Reservation Over the Said Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the portion of the Temuka Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of that Act, and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said land.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a site for public buildings of the General Government to a reserve for municipal buildings, and, further, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Opotiki, in trust, for that purpose.
