IN accordance with the provisions of the Education Act
1914 and its amendments, it is hereby notified that the
undermentioned persons have been duly elected members of
the Education Board of the District of Auckland:

posed).

Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be
materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry
on these applications should, not later than 23 September 1954,
submit any written evidence and representations they may

Existence of Submerged Pipe Line
Position: Shag Reef Light in Lat 43° 37' 03" S., long.
172° 42' 02" E. (approx.) on Chart N.Z. 54; Lat. 43° 36'
57" S., long 172° 41' 57" E. (approx.) on Chart 1999.
Details: A submerged pipe line has been laid from a point
045° 3·5 cables from the above position running in a 170½°
direction 2 cables, thence 149° 7·7 cables to the shore.
The submerged pipe line 1·2 cables (approx.) eastward of
the above, running in a direction 153° shown on chart 1999, is
to be expunged.
